Artisan Charcuterie Tray
An impressive arrangement of artisanal meats, cheeses, fig jam, nuts, dried fruit, and pickled vegetables garnished with grapes
and crisp flatbread crackers. Meats include hot sopressata, capicola, prosciutto and hard salami. Cheeses include baby brie,
black truffle cheddar gruyere, Parmesan, and asiago.
*All Trays & Platters require 24 hours notice with the exception of Cattleman’s Sub Wreath which requires 48 hours notice.
*Each tray serves approximately 20 to 25 people in appetizer portions.
