Smoked Brown Sugar & Honey Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups Ketchup, Heinz Preferred

1 cup Dark Brown Sugar

1/2 cup Honey

1/4 cup Molasses, Unsulfured

1/2 cup Cider Vinegar

1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke (Hickory)

1/2 cup Yellow Mustard (Heinz Preferred)

1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce

1/4 cup A-1 Sauce

1 Tablespoon Tamarind Paste

3 Tablespoons Dark Chili Powder

1/3 Cup Dry Onion Flakes (or 1/2 Cup minced white onion)

1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and stir.

This recipe can be cooked by simmering 5 to 10 minutes on LOW heat or left uncooked.

Keep this sauce refrigerated until use.
