1 Tablespoon Rice Wine Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Pineapple Juice

1 teaspoon Chinese Hot Mustard

1 Tablespoon Sweet Sherry Wine

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

12 Drops Liquid Red Food Color

1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil

1/3 cup Hoisin Sauce

1 teaspoon Salt

1 1/2 teaspoon Minced Fresh Garlic

1 Tablespoon Minced Green Onion

1 1/2 teaspoon Minced Fresh Ginger

1 Tablespoon Chopped Cilantro
