One of the first things people hear about Cattleman’s, is its enormous meat selection, or “meat locker”.
And for good reason.
The vast display of cryovaced primal cuts, fresh cut steaks, and every imaginable meat type from beef, lamb, pork, chicken, turkey and our incredible selection of sausages, ham, bacon and hard to find specialty meats, leaves our customers with SO many choices that sometimes, well, it can become overwhelming.
However, another area of our stores, particularly at our Centerline location, has a devoted clientele all its own, and its selections, are equally daunting, and equally unique in the grocery retail business.
They are, Cattleman’s “Frozen Assets.”
And if you’re one of our Carnivore focused shoppers, that also enjoy dining out at one of your local restaurants, you might just find some of your very favorite restaurant side dishes, appetizers or even entrée proteins, amongst our huge selection of frozen products.
We buy, where they, buy. And now, you can too.
These are some of the exact same specs and products that are used in many of your favorite fast food, casual and even upscale dining venues, all over town.
And they’re not packaged in your typical, small, expensive, retail-size pouches or fancy boxes, but in the commercially produced bulk-size bags used by restaurants.

From the obvious fast-food fries and seasoned potato waffle cuts and wedges, to enormous breaded onion rings, mozzarella sticks, stuffed jalapeno poppers and assorted breaded vegetable that everyone loves!
But perhaps one of our MOST popular frozen choices and one that we devote an entire section of displays to, is our chicken wings.
Cattleman’s carries an eye-opening selection of both bone-in and boneless wings from the major brands such as Wing Dings, Wing Zings, Pierce and Daily Choice. Each have their devoted fans.
On the fish and shellfish side, you’ll find an enormous selection of all your favorite portioned fish fillets, shrimp, scallops, crab, calamari, lobster and some very unique products such as our half shell oysters, mussels, stuffed clams, frog legs and crayfish.
As you can imagine, in another area of our Frozen Assets you’ll find a large selection of meats and “secondary” meat products that frankly, you’ll rarely if ever see in your main-line grocery stores.
